Because you're unique, at Red Kite Masseuse, treatments are customised to bring you balance and equilibrium by creating your own unique blend of essential oils combined with massage personalised to your needs. Aromatherapy uses essential oils to calm, uplift, detoxify, de-stress and invigorate you and to help your body help itself in regaining health and wellbeing. It can also help improve any particular conditions, or prepare you for a specific event, be it sports or a life event such as pregnancy.

• Aromatherapy Deep Tissue Sports Massage Techniques including myofascial release are applied to reduce the build up of lactic acid, boost blood circulation and increase flexibility in muscles, fascia and tendons, thereby helping with recovery from injury or over-used muscles, and prevent injury. • Aromatherapy Hot Stones Totally Rock [temporarily unavailable]The heat and the pressure of these smooth volcanic stones ensure sore tired muscles are soothed and relaxed.
